All products including, but not limited to, SoulBoxes and any other creative product of SoulBox (SoulBox Company) are made with love, soul and respect and we ensure quality products.
Sizes and product descriptions are provided along side detailed photographs of the item of purchase. All prices are inclusive GST.
Soul Box products
Each SoulBox is carefully selected and lovingly filled with items chosen to work in harmony with each other. All SoulBoxes are uploved in some shape or form and some are of quality second-hand nature. Please read the product descriptions carefully.
There may be subtle differences in size, shape and colour of various SoulBox contents such as, but not limited to, crystals, natural products, and candles.
All SoulBox contents is subject to availability and may also vary depending on availability.

You can pay for your purchase through PayPal, credit card or bank deposit.
Overseas shipping
We want to make sure that your package arrives safely at your doorstep. Therefore, if you are overseas and want to purchase our product please consider the following:
Many of our products contain natural objects and some countries have certain border control measures around the importation of natural goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their countries border protection laws when purchasing a product containing natural items. SoulBox (SoulBox Company) will not be liable if your package is withheld at customs.
SoulBox refund and returns policy
SoulBox sells quality products to our customers and we take reasonable and mindful steps towards ensuring the safe arrival of your purchase.
We will refund or replace your purchase only if the product has been affected by craftwomenship, damaged through insufficient packaging or sending or any other means that we can control. If a refund or replacement is necessary we will determine this on a case by case basis. It is the customers responsibility to contact SoulBox within 14 days after the arrival of the package if a refund or return needs to be requested. Customers then have 28 days from the day of the arrival of the package to return the product to SoulBox. The product is to be returned in it's original packaging. We will be unable to refund or replace the product if the above criteria is not met.
If the above criteria is met we will be happy to provide a refund in full or replace the customers purchase with an item of equal value and carry the cost of returning the item to us.
We will not refund an item if damage has incurred due to the handling of the product by the customer.
If a customer wants to return their item because they have changed their mind, we will only refund 2/3 of the purchase price and courier or sending costs incurred by the return of the product have to be carried by the customer.
Cancelling a purchase
A purchase can be cancelled within 24 hours after the checkout process has been completed.
