Packaging
Your SoulBox will be carefully packed with gold tissue and bubble wrap to keep it safe while it is on it's journey to you. It is then placed into a bio-degradable courier bag.
We offer personalized messages which can be added to your purchase. Please add the personalized message option (available as a product in each collection) to your cart prior to check out. Leave your message within the notes section of the check out please.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if purchase is made prior to 3pm otherwise the next working day. The Courier will then deliver your package within 1-3 business days within New Zealand. Within Australia the courier company aims to deliver between 5-9 business days.
Please consider that some countries have certain border control measures and requirements that restrict the importing of some natural items.
