Dreams are the imagination making plans. Before we can take the actions needed to manifest our dreams, we need to know what our dreams are. Manifestation is a fine balance of creating a vision, taking action, and allowing it to unfold into being with positive and flowing energy.
Here is a practise that will help you focus on, and create a strong vision for one dream. You can have as many dreams as you want, by focusing on just one during this practise, it generates a powerful intention and message to the universal energy that this is what you really want.
You will need a piece of paper and a selection of coloured pens.
Remove the contents and wood wool from your Dream SoulBox, and set them out in the space you are going to work in. Choose one dream to work with. Sit quietly with your eyes closed and spend a few minutes bringing your dream to life in your mind. Observe it as though you are a watching a movie, bring every detail to life as you watch the movie of your dream coming to life.
Open your eyes, take the paper and pens and now write down every detail of what you saw. Include sounds, tastes, colours, what was around you, the people there. Write your dream script! Describe how it feels when you are achieving that dream. Capture as much detail as you can in language that is in the now, as if you are already there.
Once you have completed this, read over it once, align your feelings to vibrate with what you have created. This is the feeling you want to feel whenever you think of achieving this dream. Now fold the your dream script up, and place it in the Dream SoulBox. Put the items back in, and close the lid.
Now you go about taking action to achieve your dream, leaving your dream in the box as an intention of what you will now allow to manifest. Keep adding dream scripts to your box as you bring them into focus.
